OpenSceneGraph-3.2.2 release candidate 2

We are preparing for the OpenSceneGraph-3.2.2 stable release so have made a release candidate 2 for the community to test the build and execution against their own applications and provide feedback via the osg-users mailing list/forum so we can make the 3.2.2 the best we can.  OpenSceneGraph-3.2.2-rc2 is binary compatible with both OpenSceeneGraph-3.2.0 and 3.2.1 stable releases, and contains a number of bug and build fixes.
