[osg-users] Loading Z-up FBX models

On re-reading that, it sounds a bit indignant or demanding, but I did not 
intend it that way.  I am just surprised there hasn't been much discussion 
between then and now, which leads me to believe either I'm missing 
something obvious, or others are using some kind of workaround, and I am 
curious how others are handling it.

Also, I forgot to say I'm using OSG 3.6.5 on Windows and MacOS.
