[osg-users] LIDAR plugin

I am looking at the ccmake GUI.  I have liblas installed.  However I
see that there is also a LIBLASC Library listed on the GUI and I do not
have that installed.  Is this also required for the plugin to build?
 If so, I will need to find what that is and where to get it.
