Just pass the two files on the command line i.e.

  osgstereoimage left.tif right.tif

You can't expect answers when you provide practical no details about
what is going wrong or how to recreate the problem.  You don't specify
anything about your hardware, OS, how you built the OSG.  You don't
provide any stack trace.

These are all basic things you need to convey.
