If it were the same I would have suggested it. osgconv runs various
optimization passes on the data by default.

I'm just talking about replacing the the src/osgPlugins/OpenFlight
directory in 3.4.0 with the one from 3.2.1. You'd need to rebuild the
makefiles by running cmake to make sure that everything on the build side
works correctly.
Could I suggest you bit a more initiative on your side investigating the
issue, I'm having to write the same thing multiple times in different ways
to coax you through what you need to do. Investigating this stuff
shouldn't be hard as you have the data, your have all the source code and
know what you are looking forward in terms of output.
