[osg-users] OpenSceneGraph-3.6.3 release candidate 3

Hi All,

I'm ready to tag the 3.6.3 release.  All the issues I'm aware of are
resolved, so if there is some issue with 3.6.3-rc3 please let me know,
otherwise it'll have to wait till after 3.6.3.
