[osg-users] OpenSceneGraph-3.6.0 release candidate 3 tagged

Hi Robert,

Great to see the 3.6 release getting ready, builds fine here on VS 
Express 2013 64-bit. I hope my recent submission to the osgjs plugin 
wasn't too late for the final 3.6 release.
