We have Mailman hosted by dreamhost that does osg-users and osg-submissions.

The OpenSceneGraph Users mailing list is a mirror of the osg-users
mailing list.  I don't know who set it up or when.  I just became
aware at some point a long time back.  Would be good to get to bottom
of who set it up and transfer ownership to someone else presently
active in the community.
