[osg-users] PNG plugin loaded / unloaded

Hi,

I did make some edits to the post after I posted, but the loading/unloading does come back from time to time. I'll have to check and test with different solution linking settings. However, currently, the problem of quietly loading / unloading isn't the case.

Here is a screenshot of my game that I'm porting from Threejs to Openscenegraph. I've successsfully ported the Threejs shaders into OSG and I'm quite happy.

Everything has been streamlined, and OSG hasn't been giving me any troules whatsoever, except the PNG plugin. I must have tried a hundred different builds but the PNG loader simple, won't, work.

What LibPng version do you recommend? I've also tried compiling against a prebuilt dev version that they supply but all to no avail. It either fails silently or it gives some other error.

This is the only issue I have with OSG so far, and it has very, and I see that is has very very little to do with the robustness of OSG.

Thank you!

Cheers,
Johny
