[osg-users] invalid use of incomplete type ‘std::ifstream in readNodeFile

Hi Mike,

The Visual Studio multiple defined issue is very different to one of
finding OpenThreads.  The multiple defined issue should now be
resolved in git master and up coming OSG-3.6.
