the download Links  to the 3rd Party Tools is not working anymore:

http://www.openscenegraph.org/index.php/download-section/dependencies

e.g.: http://download.osgvisual.org/3rdParty_VS2013_v120_x86_x64_V9_full.7z

Is a new location present where they can be downloaded?
