[osg-users] osgAudio doesn't compile against OSG 3.4

If anybody has osgAudio changes they want incorporated, just send pull
requests.

I haven't had to use osgAudio for a while, but I'm happy to incorporate
fixes.

Last I used it, it was built against FMOD, so I'm not sure what might have
changed WRT openAL functionality. The reason we added FMOD support was
because openAL was getting so squirrely to keep working.
