[osg-users] osgAudio doesn't compile against OSG 3.4

I'm afraid I haven't worked on it since last year when I had to port
OSG-3.4 and 3rd party projects like osgAudio to work with a very old
version of VisualStudio.  I haven't of late worked in the OS/dev tool/3rd
projects so it's all rusty now and can't recall details off the top of my
head.

I have enough work on my plate just doing support and dev work on OSG so
don't have time or mind capacity to support osgAudio/OpenAL etc, I'm afraid
all I can do is provide high level pointers.
