[osg-users] Osg application not running on window 10 , showing unhandled exception

the OpenGL support in a barebones Windows installation is rudimentary, at
best. At the feature level of OpenGL 1.1 I believe.

It is likely that any application not checking for available features first
will encounter trouble when running on this ancient OpenGL release.
