[osg-users] [osgPlugins] OSG Movie Export

Hi,

I have written a custom callback based on the screen capture examples to export directly to an AVI file.  This works great, but I hate re-inventing the wheel.  Looking through OSG documentation
(http://trac.openscenegraph.org/projects/osg//wiki/Support/UserGuides/Plugins) I see that OSG supports exporting to several movie file types to include:

.mov .mpg .mpv .mp4 .m4v .dc .avi .flv .swf

Briefly looking at the code (OSG 3.2.3) I don't see where this is supported.    Searching, I found several references over the years to capturing to movie formats and it seems that folks are using 3rd party applications, which is less awesome than doing it internally.  How would I go about directly capturing to one of these formats or am I misunderstanding the documentation?
