I tried accessing openscenegraph dot org from a proxy server and it worked... but without proxy, it is not working!!!!

Without proxy, i can access trac.openscenegraph dot org, but that site redirects to openscenegraph dot org/projects/osg... and that site is down for me too...

Please let me know any details you need... Any help would be greatly appreciated...

Btw, is there any kind of country restriction ?? i am from Bangladesh...
