You are correct. OSG-3.2.2 is binary compatible with 3.2.0 and 3.2.1,
offers build and bug fixes but no significant features (some plugins are
updated.)

OSG-3.4.0 will be our completely new stable release featuring lots of new
features, but isn't binary compatible with 3.2.x.

Both the OSG-3.2 and OSG-3.4 branches need testing for their respective
stable releases.
