Which versions of OSG have you tested under Centos?

Perhaps the the difference could stem from elsewhere in the chain - such as
writing out of the data, or any optimization that might be done.  Try
creating a barebones example that just loads the .flt and then directly
writes it to .osgt and .osg files without any processing.
